Question: Why were many of the objects of the tabernacles required to be covered in gold?

Winner: Jared B., Grade 7

I believe that many things in the Tabernacle were made of gold because the Tabernacle was pretty much the House of the Lord, and we wanted to show that even with how valuable gold is, we still believe the God is more valuable to us.
