6:15 PM, Congregational Shabbat Dinner honoring our Chai Members (18+Years), with Danny Siegel as our special guest. Dinner features chicken marsala & all the trimmings (veggie/gluten free options upon request during RSVP). Please reserve your seats by April 27 (prices increase after April 27). Chai members attend free, but please RSVP. Are you a Chai member? Check the list.

7:45 PM, Erev Shabbat Service with thoughts from Danny Siegel on What Can Bruce Springsteen, Steven Spielberg, David Copperfield, Ben & Jerry, and the Late Paul Newman and Liz Taylor Teach us about Mitzvoth that We Don’t Know? (As always, no RSVP needed for services.)

9:00 AM, Shabbat Morning Service. Danny will speak on: There’s No Such Thing as a Small Mitzvah: More than 36 (2 X Chai) Easy Ways to Make a Big Difference with Just a Little Tzedakah Money and/or a Minimum of Time, Effort, Stamina, Talents, and Personal Strengths and Preferences. Following services, the congregation is invited to an enhanced Kiddush, after which we will have a study session on: So You Fell Asleep During Services – Do You Still Count for a Minyan? (And Other Little Studied Jewish Laws and Customs).

Danny will speak during Religious School to 4th & 5th grades on Nu? Feed the Cat and THEN Enjoy Your Waffles, and to 6th & 7th grades on My Parents Say they Want Me to be Happy, Healthy, a Mensch, and a Jew, but All They Really Want from Me Is for Me to Get GOOD GRADES.
