  • Candlelighting Time: 4:41 PM
  • 6:15 PM, Erev Shabbat Service preceded by light snacks and followed by challah and wine. 

Saturday, January 4

  • 9:00 AM, Shabbat Morning Service when we will celebrate with the Glaser family as Rebecca becomes a bat mitzvah. The service will be followed by Kiddush sponsored by the Glaser family in honor of the occasion. Special thanks to Ellyn Hirsch for serving as greeter and to the Robin & David Cohen and Cole families for ushering for this service.

Friday, January 10

  • Candlelighting Time: 4:48 PM
  • 6:15 PM, Erev Shabbat Service preceded by light snacks and followed by challah and wine. Special thanks to Melissa Hillelsohn for serving as greeter/bimah officer.

Saturday, January 11

  • 9:00 AM, Shabbat Morning Service when we will celebrate January birthdays and anniversaries with a special group aliyah, and celebrate with the Robin & David Cohen family as Lilah becomes a bat mitzvah. The service will be followed by kiddush luncheon sponsored by the Cohen family in honor of the occasion. Special thanks to Aaron Schulman for serving as greeter and to the Barnaby and Lowenthal/Moskowitz families for ushering for this service.

Friday, January 17

  • Candlelighting Time: 4:55 PM
  • 6:00 PM, Tu B’Shevat Erev Shabbat Potluck Dinner [Social Hall]
  • 7:00 PM, Erev Shabbat Service (Note Special Time) followed by challah and wine. Special thanks to Debbie Katz for serving as greeter/bimah officer.

  • 9:00 AM, Shabbat Morning Service followed by Kiddush.

Worship Service Notes:

Looking ahead? You can find the general service schedule, including dates for children's services, on the Services Schedule page.

Large print and Braille siddurim, assistive listening devices and a stair lift to the bimah are available. Please see one of the ushers in the lobby for assistance.

We have children’s books at the back of the sanctuary for the reading pleasure of our little ones. Also, a play area for young children accompanied by a parent has been set up in the library. Check out the children’s reading corner there.

As a courtesy to other worshippers, please silence pagers and cell phones. We appreciate your help in making our sanctuary a sacred space.
